Conference Facilities

At The Castle we have four main meeting rooms each equipped with either a digital projector and screen or a large screen television:

  • Ballroom: capacity 120 (can extend into Library)
  • Downstairs Lounge: capacity 80
  • Courtyard Conference Room: capacity 40

Recreation spaces

Relax and enjoy time with friends indoors and out.

  • Games-room: pool table, air-hockey, table-tennis and table football.
  • Coffee lounge: situated at the West Wing entrance to the Castle. A nominal charge is made for tea and coffee and there are crisps, confectionary and drink vending machines for guest convenience.
  • Small Lounge: capacity 20 – laid out with sofas. This is a more relaxed space and is often used as a creche or prayer room by larger groups.
  • The Cellars ‘chill-out’ space: fitted with sofas and a large screen TV for late night films!
  • A vast forest park full of walks, cycle paths and sports ‘fields’.
