Talk to us about what you want to achieve and do. Here are some ideas that may help you:

Step 4: Publicise your event

Give people plenty of time to organise attending the event. Encourage booking early and take deposits – this encourages people to be committed to the event. Read more about How to plan a Church weekend.

Step 5: Get ready — Go!

Gather any special requirement information: special dietary requirements, bedding to be hired, need for disabled facilities etc…

Make a bedroom plan – this is a requirement for fire safety regulations.

Inform your group what they need to bring and check everyone has transport to the venue.
