It’s easy to book at the Castle. Here’s how…
Step 1: Decide what type of event
We have great facilities on-site for conferences, Church retreats, youth weekends, school residentials and more, with flexible accommodation and catering to suit your needs.
Step 2: Check availability and book your event
To check availability please contact us on 028 4377 8733 or email enquiries to office@castlewellancastle.org. We can offer advice and lots of useful information.
When you are ready, we can help you through the booking process and advise you on the steps to take next.
Step 3: Plan your programme
Talk to us about what you want to achieve and do. Here are some ideas that may help you:
- Find activities for your group
- Explore on-site for more about The Castle and Forest Park
- Find things to do nearby
- Programmes for school residentials
Step 4: Publicise your event
Give people plenty of time to organise attending the event. Encourage booking early and take deposits – this encourages people to be committed to the event. Read more about How to plan a Church weekend.
Step 5: Get ready — Go!
Gather any special requirement information: special dietary requirements, bedding to be hired, need for disabled facilities etc…
Make a bedroom plan – this is a requirement for fire safety regulations.
Inform your group what they need to bring and check everyone has transport to the venue.
