Castlewellan Castle Christian Conference Centre is looking for a Cook / Head of Catering to join our team. You’ll prepare delicious meals for church groups, youth organisations, and schools, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.

What you’ll do:
- Cook high‑quality meals
- Plan menus and manage stock
- Cater for special diets
- Maintain excellent hygiene
- Support and supervise kitchen staff
Hours: 24–40 per week (negotiable)
